Fiona glanced up as Panther left and nodded. "Good luck!" She called out after him, before resuming her study of White Glint's schematics. "Don't forget to make sure your NEXT has the right setup!" She called out, hoping that he heard.

"So a close range fighter, I doubt that he could be much faster than me, but all the same, I guess a blade may or may not work out, if I used it well enough and could deploy faster-" Panther could be seen walking down the halls and mumbling to himself about what he should use for his order match.

Raven was still in the hangar when Panther walked in, standing at his own terminal and looking at schematics for a NEXT that looked nothing like White Glint. He glanced up for just a moment upon hearing him mutter to himself. "Headed off to something important, rookie?" He asked in his usual baritone, modulated voice.

Raven nodded, turning his head back to the terminal. "Don't screw up and make an idiot of yourself," he said, tapping a few options on the terminal.

Raven shrugged. "Not Rank 1, indeed." He paused a moment after selecting something on his terminal and seemed to stare at it for a few more moments. "I'd use something mid-to-long range, with flares. Dancing with physical blades will get you defeated in no time. You'd have better luck dodging missiles in a NEXT like yours, unless you're absolutely sure you can duck in and out before getting your core crushed."

Raven turned his head slightly towards Panther. "That should work fine. Use one to burn down his Primal Armor, the other to keep him off balance." He looked back at the terminal. "You should be able to figure out the rest of what you need to do," he said. He crossed his arms and examined the display on the terminal for a little longer. Before long, he shook his head with a frustrated sigh.

Killdozer landed heavily in the desert sand shortly after Black Strider did.

"Champion Champs here," said a deep, arrogant voice over the Order Match Comm. channel. "Ready for your beat down?" Asked the voice with a malicious laugh.

"Sorry, can't afford it, I can give you a discount for humiliation though." Panther said over the com link. He looked out over the desert landscape, "Let's get this started."
"Okay Ya'll, Order match starting in 3...2...1!" Shade says.
Black Strider begins to move toward Killdozer, making sure to keep himself distanced.

Missiles arced over the nearest sand dune, launched from Killdozer's single launcher. Soon after, Killdozer moved appeared over the same sand dune, moving at an impressive speed for a craft tuned for demolition. A grenade fired from its launcher, towards the ground just underneath Black Strider.

Black Strider launched into the air, just missing the explosion, he fired his spread bazooka toward Killdozer whilst laying down fire with his sub machine gun.

Killdozer Quick-Boosted to his right, dodging the spread bazooka shot, but began taking fire from the second gun. "O-ho!" He said smugly over the comm, and released another salvo of missiles towards Black Strider.

Black Strider quick boosted to the right, then back and then right again, he fired his spread bazooka once more, continuing to lay down fire with his sub machine gun.

"I guess I need to bring the fight to you!" Champion Champs shouted through the comm as Killdozer suddenly jumped into the air, shoulder weapons folding back. Its upper body staggered as it took the brunt of the spread bazooka's attack, causing a respectable amount of AP to be deducted from the display in Panther's HUD. However, the heavy craft plowed toward Black Strider, both arms pulled back and ready to strike.

Black Strider had expected the fight to take a turn like this, he immediately quick boosted back continuing to fire his weapons, he was confident that he could dodge Killdozer's attempts to get close to him.

"So you want to dance, huh?" Came Champion Champs' voice. "Alright, let's go!" Killdozer Quick-Boosted forward and lashed out with both arms, pushing his NEXT to its limit with the maneuver. After the swing, hit or miss, Killdozer began to drop like a rock back down to the sand below.

Black Strider could not let himself get hit by those drills, he dropped to a lower altitude to avoid the drills and activated his flight engines once more, quick boosting forward and then turning to see Killdozer falling out of the sky, his own energy almost depleted he began to once again fire onto Killdozer. "Ain't going to be that easy Pops."

"Fine by me!" Said Champion Champs, as a salvo of missiles and a grenade were launched simultaneously at Black Strider, while Killdozer's AP ran dangerously low.

One more good shot should do it! He thought, if he could get close and just fire the bazooka Killdozer would be done for, he only managed to dodge most of the missiles though and got caught by one of them, his AC dropping, Black Strider dropped to the ground and this time began to strafe around, laying down more fire, he quick boosted forward then to the right and forward once more, and when he was close enough attempted to fire the spread bazooka directly at Killdozer's core. "LET'S DANCE POPS!!!"

"Hah! That's it, come to me!" Champion Champs shouted as Black Strider fell. When it got close, Killdozer pulled back both arms...

And promptly received a blast of bazooka shots to the core of his NEXT, causing it to stagger back and promptly collapse to a knee. "What?! No! No, this can't be happening! You were right there!" The now-Rank 30 Lynx shouted in frustration.

"And that's it folks." Shade says.
"I hope you can get back." Panther says to Killdozer. He begins to make his way back to HQ.
